Good morning to you! It's Friday so let's get moving.

• Try making large and small movements using a brush and bucket of water. Can you make circles, lines and letters from your name?
• Pillowcase jump race – instead of a sack race we would like you to try a pillowcase race. Remember to jump with two feet together and hold your pillowcase tight!

• A tricky challenge – can you put on your own coat and fasten the zip?
